Planning and site coverage

Clocking in and patrol rounds
Agents clock in and out on their phone and record their rounds, even offline: everything syncs when the network returns.

Payroll preparation and invoicing
Approved hours are split into night, Sunday and public-holiday hours, then go to payroll preparation and to the Swiss QR-bill.
Also included: tracking of the licences and deadlines required by the intercantonal agreement, and a client portal. The interface is available in French, German, Italian and English.

Frequently asked questions
Is ShieldOne a security company?
No. ShieldOne employs no agents and carries out no security work. We pass your request on to private security companies that ShieldOne has approved. The contract, its price and its performance are settled directly between you and the company you choose.
Is everything available in English?
Not yet. The request form and our legal documents are in French; you can write your request in English. The ShieldOne Pro interface is available in French, German, Italian and English.
Where is the data stored?
The main data is hosted in Switzerland, in Zurich. Some third-party services (notifications, authentication, maps, monitoring) use international providers; each one is listed in our data processing agreement (DPA), which is in French.
